I felt so disappointed about my smart money purchased and this is already the 3rd time happening to me as of yesterday’s transaction. I called up Banco de Oro Cotabato branch re-my smart money purchased from them, they told me that it was already credited to my Smart Money account but until now, it’s more than 24 hrs already and still “NO MONEY ENTERED” in my smart money account. I can’t transfer to my load wallet and it had caused delay in my retailing business considering 3 times already.
