i have been experiencing a similar problem with smart. i registered under their Talk100 promo but I haven’t been able to use it since I registered. it’s been almost 3 days. when i tried calling their customer service hotline, i had to listen to their recorded phone advertisements for 30 mins before I a customer service representative finally received my call. to my sheer annoyance, barely a minute after I was able to speak to the customer service representative, the line was disconnected. i tried calling the hotline again and the same thing kept happening.
smart should really do something about this. I am contemplating on bringing this to the attention of NTC.
