Topup

1. What is Topup ?
   Generally Topup  is used to add talk value to the prepaid account  . However in case like prepaid excel Anant , Saral anant ,  it extends validity also. Topup  are available in various denominations. Topup is nothing but recharging of a BSNL mobile prepaid subscriber?s account for getting the talk value and not the validity period. For example if prepaid subscriber has got validity period of another 3 months but does not have balance in his prepaid account then the subscriber can recharge his prepaid account with a topup voucher of the required denomination to get the talk value to make outgoing calls. Since he has already got the validity period he will receive incoming calls also. Topup coupons carry full talk value.
2. When to Use?
   When a prepaid customer exhaust available talk value, topup  can be used to add the talk value which are available in     various denominations.

Recharge

1. What is RC ?
   The recharge coupon is meant for extending the balance and validity of  the prepaid  subscriber. If  a  prepaid  subscriber  does not  have  validity  and  balance  in  his  account he  can  neither  receive  incoming  calls  nor make  outgoing  calls.  For example a RC of Rs. 300 ( Sale  value  is Rs. 337/- inclusive  of  service  tax)  carries  talk  value of Rs.300 and  validity of  30 days.
2. When to Use?
   When a prepaid customer nearing to exhaust the available validity , recharge coupon should  be used to extend it validity.Recharge coupon can be used during the active period( period during which both outgoing and incoming available) /during first  grace period (period during which only incoming is available)/during second grace period (period during which both outgoing and incoming are barred) . If used during active period and first grace period the available talk value is carried forwarded.

Flexi Topup

1. What is Topup?
   A flexi topup recharge is nothing but a flexible topup coupon wherein the prepaid subscriber can recharge his account with the amount he can afford to get the talk value in his account. The flexi topup recharge coupons are available in various denominations starting from Rs. 50/- to Rs. 5,000 incremental steps of Rs. 10/-

   When a prepaid customer exhaust available talk value , topup  can be used to
   add the talk value which are available in various denominations .
